What is Holy Epidemic?

If you look in your Bible at Acts 24:5 you'll get a good clue:

In Acts 24:5 the Apostle Paul is spoken of as a “pestilent” fellow, or a “plague” in other translations. In the Greek it does mean a plague (literally the disease, or figuratively a pest).  A plague is a highly infectious, usually fatal, epidemic disease; a pestilence.

An "Epidemic” according to The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language is:  noun. 1. An outbreak of a contagious disease that spreads rapidly and widely. 2. A rapid spread, growth, or development: i.e. an unemployment epidemic.

Holy Epidemic is an outreach of Way of the Master Australia, with a specific focus on Street Evangelism (Open Air Preaching, Tract Distribution and One2One Witnessing) and the promotion of it. We definitely need more people out doing street evangelism. Thus it is our goal to do what we can to help those who are willing for the task.

Our desire is that what we are doing on the streets of Australia would spread through the rest of the world like an epidemic. Thus the name “Holy Epidemic.” You will also notice that our logo has as its base the common biohazard symbol that identifies dangerous chemicals. What we are doing is dangerous to sin!

We pray that God would use our feeble efforts to preach His blessed gospel, to impact the lost with a deep conviction of their sinfulness (John 16:7-9). That people would turn to our Saviour Jesus Christ in sincere repentance, and submit them selves to His Lordship. We pray that there would be a genuine awakening in Australia and the rest of the world.
